Shipping and Delivery

1) How long does it take to receive my order?

We ensure that your order is delivered to you within 10-15 business working days. The delivery date duration may depend on your type of order (for example, customised Abaya’s require sufficient days to tailor your desired fit).

2) How can I track my order?

To track your order status, Lahai will be sending you an email upon the order dispatch. This email will provide you with a tracking number that you can use online to track your order’s status with the courier company. You can also log into your account on lahaitrading.com to view your order status.

3) What are the shipping fees and costs?

Lahai offers free delivery on orders above AED 300 in UAE, and a delivery fee of AED 25 is charged on orders below AED 300.

Returns and Refund

1) How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer three days return on your item(s). To process this matter, email our team via support@lahaitrading.com and provide your Name, Order Number, Phone Contact, Address and specify your reason for return. The shipping company will contact you upon our approval of return.

2) How do I exchange an item?

Lahai offers a seven days exchange policy from the date you receive the product(s). To process this matter, email our team via support@lahaitrading.com and provide your Name, Order Number, Phone Contact, Address and specify the exchange product details. The shipping company will contact you upon our approval of the exchange request.

3) Do I get the total amount on my return order?

Delivery charges are non-refundable, considering the shipping company demand these charges. If any of your order items were received damaged or incomplete – we will handle the shipping and return fee.

Coupons and Voucher

1) What are coupons or vouchers?

Lahai will offer our customers various discount types in a calendar year. Some of these offers may come in a coupon code presented on Lahai’s home website or sent to customers who signed up to be a member of the Lahai newsletter.

2) How to apply coupon codes?

Lahai has a dedicated section to type a coupon code in your cart section before proceeding to checkout.

3) Do I get the total amount on my return order?

1) What is Lahai working hours?

Lahai online support team operates locally (UAE) between 10 am to 2 pm and 4:00 pm to 10 pm from Saturday to Thursday.
